Objectives

Trust Objectives

  1. To help Blind in providing Shelter and Blind Education in all Languages in, Orphans, Semi-Orphan Children, Windows, and Widowers without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  2. To help and provide a refuge and educate in all Languages for Orphans, Semi-Orphans Children, Widows, and Widowers without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  3. To help and provide shelter the Poor and Needy Children without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  4. To construct and operate some Old aged Homes with providing Boarding and Lodging Facilities to old people and Needywithout any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  5. To Help and provide Vocational Occupations to the aged people and Contributing more towards their well-beings and Good Health without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  6. To establish, maintain, run, develop, improve, extend, grant donation for to aid and assist in the establishment maintenance running development improvement religious Institutions College and Universities without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  7. To establish, maintain, run, develop, improve, extend, grant donation for to aid and assist in the establishment and extension of Elementary School, Secondary Schools, High Schools, Colleges, Universities, Teacher Training Schools, Workshops, Weavings, Tailoring, Industrials, Technological and other arts, craftsand Science institutionswithout any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  8. To Build hostels for the benefit of students and generally all kinds of educational institutions, whether general, technical, vocational professional, nursing homes, clinics or other description whatever for the welfare and uplift of the general Indian Public and to institute and award of scholarship in India or elsewhere for study researchand apprenticeship for all or any of the said purposes without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  9. To help, assist, and give aid to fathers or other natural guarantor near relative of indigent and unmarried girls for their marriage without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  10. To help, assist, and promote rural reconstruction work, cottage industry and all other matters incidental thereto in India without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  11. To provide suitable work own trainings for the unemployed orphans crippled, helpless and destitute without any distinction of castes, creeds, religions in technical centers, labor-institutions and industrial and other educational institutions without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  12. Social uplift by means of medical reliefs, adult literacy and other self-help and self-employment activities without any Distinction Religions, Castes and Creeds.
  13. Making Global peace for all and Arranging to study and recognize the international art, sports and games, meditation class, exercise, and Gym

Other Objectives

  1. To take over, purchase, take on lease of otherwise acquire, hold, develop, manage, let, sell, exchange, mortgage or otherwise deal with or dispose property, real and personal, moveable and immovable of any sort, description or tenure and to accept{ with or without condition} and hold gifts. Devises and bequests of any such property and to invest or re-invest the monies of the trust upon securities or investments as may from time to time be determined on.
  2. To open and manage schools, boarding homes, orphanages, homes, for the senior citizens and other institutions in the name of the trust
  3. To act as trustee for any person, body, society, company or undertaking in the purchases, sale, leasing, letting, management, holding and charging of land, immovable property and buildings etc.
  4. To undertake and execute trusts of any other kinds.
  5. To permit any agents or any other person authorized by the Trust to use and occupy the building erections or other property of the Trust and on such terms and conditions as the Trust may deem fit.
  6. To enter into any arrangements with any Government or authority central, State, Local municipal or otherwise, in pursuance of the objects of the Trust and to obtain from any such government or authority all rights, concessions and privileges which may deem conducive to the trusts objects any of them.
  7. To do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the, above objects and for the relief of the poor, education, medical or relief of the poor, education, medical or relief and providing food to the deserving people, advancement of Indian culture and Literature, service of the country for the benefit of the national and the advance of any other objects of general community development and charity of any kind it shall be lawful and competent for the trustees to give donations to other charitable Religious Trusts and institutions and the trust shall be for the benefit of all persons belonging to whatever communities irrespective of castes, creeds or religions. The objects of the Trust will not include the objects involving the carrying on of any activity for profit within meaning of the Income Tax Act. 1961.
  8. Evangelization and establishing of Christian churches.
  9. To publish Christian literatures and tracts.
  10. To make known the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Radio Broadcasting and Television.
  11. Social uplift by the means of medical relief, adult- racy
  12. To globalize peace among the people.

Amendments Objectives

[a] To raise funds to support the aforementioned objects from within India and abroad as Contemplated in Law governing the Trust Act. In case of receipt of any foreign contributions by the trust, that it will be received only in accordance with the norms stipulated by the Home Ministry and the law governs the receipt of Foreign Contribution.

[b] To solicit, receive, hold and disburse funds to promote the objectives stated above and to hold funds and investments in trust for the said objective.

[c] To open and operate accounts of any description with any Banks for the Trust.

[d] To appeal for and raise funds, subscription grants and loans as the Board of Trustees may think fit.

[e] To purchase, take on lease and license, hire or otherwise acquire and to hold, manage, administer and otherwise deal with any movable immovable properties, rights and privilege as the Board of Trustee may feel deem necessary, expedient or desirable for the promotion of any of the

[f] To sell, alienate, lease, hire, take on lease or license, mortgage, charge, pledge, hypothecate, Transfer, surrender, dispose of any or otherwise deal with all or any of the movable / immovable Properties that are to be acquired in future, funds and assets of the Trust without profit motive for the promotion of the objects.

[g] To appoint agent’s, representatives and employees with such conditions as may be thought fit by The Board of Trustees.
